I recently had the privilege of working with Fermin as my real estate agent, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the level of service and professionalism I received throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Fermin exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Fermin - he was very knowledgeable, attentive and made the whole process seamless and as stress-free as possible! I would highly recommend using him for your real estate needs!

Fermín is by far the BEST realtor we've ever worked with, his professionalism, personality, attention to detail, responsiveness and his ability to close the deal was Outstanding!!! If you are buying or selling a home, do yourselves a favor and hire Fermín!!

Fermín and his skilled team helped make my dream a reality. The buying process went smoothly, and we just closed on an ideal new place we're excited to call home. He really listens to clients and goes the extra mile with customer service, too. Thanks again!

I recently bought a house with Fermín and while this can be a very stressful process, I felt 100% confident by partnering with him. He was amazing, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition, he was extremely responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small. As I move forward to now BUY my next house, I am extremely certain Fermín will be the right partner to help me navigate this process again.

When we first met, you explain us that your job was more service than sales. You proved to have knowledge of the real estate process and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property you would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. You also led us through multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end, we found the property that was perfect for us and we are loving it so far. Thanks Fermín!!!
